1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Be returned within 7 days of delivery (or 14 days for UAE orders, where applicable).
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
Personalized or custom-made products
Sale or discounted items
Intimate items such as accessories, swimwear, or beauty products
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at support@divoholic.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Our support team will review your request and send you a confirmation along with return instructions.
Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided.
Please note that shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Once your return is approved, we will ship your replacement item as soon as the original product is received and inspected.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. International Orders
For international customers, return shipping fees, customs, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
